In recent decades, valuable soil and a high degree of biodiversity have been lost. Extreme weather conditions are increasing, as are the demands on farms. New strategies for resource-conserving, resilient grassland management are needed so that we can meet the challenges of our time in the future.

THE FARMS
All participating dairy farms are located in "the Oberallgäu" (Bavaria), are members of an organic farming association and practice a holistic approach.
